United Doctors selected as one of the most developed, growing and sustainable hospitals in 2018

In recognition of the hospital’s pioneering approach to quality and excellence in providing healthcare services, and by passing through strict judging criteria from an international jury, United Doctors Hospital has been selected, by the European Awards Organizing committee in collaboration with the European Medical Association, to receive the Best Hospital 2018 award within the scope and category of the Middle East’s most developed, growing and sustainable healthcare providers in the healthcare sector.

The hospital was honored along with several international organizations and companies on the sidelines of the Global Club of Leaders annual awards conference held in Cannes, France, on October 5th. The award was presented by Prof. John W.A. Netting, Chairman of the Nominating Committee and CEO of the Global Club of Leaders.

The award was received by His Excellency the General Manager of United Doctors Hospital, Mr. Ali bin Salem Al Subaey, who thanked the Global Leadership Club and the European Medical Association for choosing the hospital among the most developed and applied quality and sustainability standards in the region for the year 2018. In the press conference held after the conference, His Excellency explained that the hospital pays special attention to the extent of commitment and compliance with the highest quality standards in providing health care services, in addition to following environmentally friendly practices and adopting sustainability standards and transparency in business, by issuing the annual sustainability report according to the GRI sustainability reporting standards set by the United Nations Organization in order to improve the level of business and provide more sustainable health products with standards that preserve patient rights, help rationalize resource consumption and preserve the environment.
