The ESR is an important national standard to ensure patient safety before, during and after receiving treatment services, in terms of standards and procedures for selecting healthcare providers. Also, patient safety standards during hospitalization, isolation and emergency procedures, safety and efficiency of early warning systems, and dealing with accidents and crises. Also, procedures for patient identification, disease diagnosis, building a treatment plan, dispensing medicines, and procedures that prevent medication or medical errors while receiving the service. In addition to special standards during surgical operations, anesthesia procedures, safe blood transfusion, and providing the appropriate environment for providing health care services to the patient while he is inside the hospital.
