Synchronization towards our clients

Our customers are our most valuable asset. Their health is the cornerstone of our group’s growth. Our ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life for our patients by providing them with integrated medical services in a way that earns the trust and respect of our patients. The hospital is committed to delivering excellent healthcare by focusing on patient needs and satisfaction. We are also committed to communicating with our patients through multiple outlets. Therefore, the hospital continuously measures patient satisfaction through periodic surveys in order to identify any potential areas to focus on in order to ensure continuous quality delivery.

Activities are designed to educate patients and keep them engaged with the hospital’s facilities. The hospital publishes a variety of patient education brochures, which are available in public areas within the hospital. The hospital also offers a variety of patient education seminars and meetings, sends text messages and emails to registered patients to inform them about services and new doctors, and finally, the hospital provides patients with electronic access via the Internet and smart applications to carry out services, inquire, communicate with customer service, and submit suggestions and complaints. In addition to publishing editorial articles and interviews, advertisements in newspapers and magazines, digital ads, and advertising through official newspapers and satellite channels such as Okaz newspaper and Oyoun Al Watan channel. We also view social media as an important outlet for communicating with customers, analyzing information, measuring satisfaction and popularity, and studying competitors, as it is also an important platform for new and existing patients. During this year, we invested in developing our social media communication plan, as our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages found a significant growth in the number of followers and viewers as well as the impact, with more than 20 million views during the year.

United Doctors Hospital’s strategic plan also included a community service program where hospital employees go on visits to schools, businesses, public festivals, and selected local and national events to conduct medical and awareness activities, health consultations, community education and other activities that benefit the community.
The hospital has also established a standalone mosque in one of its facilities with full facilities to meet the needs of staff, patients and the surrounding community.
Cooperation with non-profit organizations and associations in terms of providing health care services, employing people with special needs, and cooperating with various rehabilitation institutions, such as the Widad Foundation, which aims to support orphans and people of unknown parentage by providing them with fair employment opportunities, developing them, and helping them integrate into society.

Synchronization towards our staff

Our social responsibility does not stop with our customers and our community, but also extends to our employees, as our employees are the source of our strength. Their trust and respect are important to our continued success and excellence. Therefore, being attentive to the needs of our employees through effective communication and strong relationships are important elements to be the best choice of work for our employees and maintain job satisfaction.

United Doctors Hospital employees are treated fairly, paid competitively, and empowered with the job duties and authority to perform the day-to-day operational functions that contribute to the hospital’s success. We communicate with our employees through several means, including hospital newsletters, employee notification of HR-related information, email updates, videoconferencing, and job satisfaction surveys. Videoconferences are held between senior management and senior staff around the hospital to motivate and encourage performance improvement and follow-up. Our employees are also actively encouraged to participate in our Facebook and Twitter pages. United Doctors Hospital recognizes and rewards employee contributions throughout the year through rewards programs and social outings. There is also a direct communication channel called the CBT Committee, which acts as a bridge that provides accessibility and direction to resolve any concerns in the work environment and is a key communication channel between employees and executive management to meet their demands and discuss the difficulties they face on a daily basis, as well as a means of employment grievance.
