Since the patient is our primary concern, we want to make your visit to United Doctors Hospital as pleasant as possible. We are very interested in your suggestions or concerns about any aspect of the service provided to you.

If your suggestions or concerns are related to boarding. Please do not hesitate to contact the Patient Relations Department, ext. 1155, or the nurse in charge of the unit where you are receiving your care.
If your comments are related to an outpatient doctor or other facilities. Please do not hesitate to contact the Head of Patient Relations, ext. 1155.
If you need help deciding to whom to address your suggestions, comments or concerns, the Duty Manager will be happy to assist you. He can be reached at any time throughout the day.
Patient Affairs at United Doctors Hospital aims to:
Provide advice and support to patients and their families.
Provide information about hospital services.
Listen and respond to your concerns. Your suggestions or questions.
Make changes to the service based on your suggestions

The Patient Relations Department at United Doctors Hospital is responsible for:
Knowing the opinions of patients through daily visits.
Responding to any question by contacting the head of the department, the supervisor of the unit or the specialized department.
Collecting questionnaires for the hospital and responding to the comments contained therein.
Providing solutions to issues early and taking care to coordinate with the duty manager and the patient complaints committee.
Submitting your comments and complaints to the hospital management and following up on the responses.

The pursuit of patient rights is realized through:
Providing information and supporting access to information including patient complaint procedures or any other services within the hospital.
Integrating the link between patients and service providers such as doctors, nurses and others within the hospital.
Reviewing visitor feedback to select the best possible changes to improve patient service in coordination with the Patient Complaints Committee.
Supporting patient and public participation in care.
Raising staff awareness of public concerns and patient issues.

Patient Relations Standards:
For the patient, the department is committed to providing care at a high level of quality and within the limits of resources.
The Patient Relations Department develops its own standards of what it takes to serve patients, visitors and hospital staff.
The Patient Relations Department welcomes constructive feedback
