We have a high commitment to our environment, the safety of our customers and the future of our children. We have several commitments to the environment that inform our selection of suppliers and our delivery of healthcare services to customers.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

These standards include:
Raising employee awareness of water and energy conservation.
Conducting periodic energy efficiency audits of all energy used for attached devices.
Changing lighting fixtures to energy-saving devices and smart lighting.
Investing in more efficient and less energy-intensive air-conditioning systems.
Continued development of our transportation facilities by replacing vehicles with modern ones to reduce fuel consumption.
Medical waste management program at the hospital in coordination with environmental protection facilities.
Ensure that there is no mercury in the hospital.
Use food waste recycling systems and turn it into natural fertilizer to be used in afforestation and increase the green spaces around the hospital.

As a sign of our commitment to the environment, we sought to meet the global requirements for environmental control systems, adhere to the strict application of standards and take responsibility for our role as individuals and organizations in preserving the environment and improving the means of life for future generations. Therefore, we sought to obtain the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) accreditation as a validation of the quality and efficiency of the environmental management system followed by the hospital in providing healthcare services to its customers.The ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) is one of the most important international standards in measuring the commitment of organizations, bodies and companies towards the environment, and measures the quality and efficiency of the environmental management system followed by the facility.

A great deal of work has gone into putting our environmental management system in place. We are proud that we have been able to reach this stage of awareness towards environmental issues. We are convinced that through our daily work and everyone’s efforts, we will contribute to making the environment around us cleaner and safer for our customers and residents. The hospital’s approach to adopting sustainable development strategies stems from our commitment to the approach set by our wise leadership within Vision 2030 to achieve sustainability goals and make our environment cleaner and more suitable for future generations.
We implement a strict program of internal and external environmental management by having special systems and programs in medical waste disposal, as well as waste recycling and sorting. Reducing pollution and hazardous gases with continuous measurement of carbon dioxide inside and outside the facility and taking many measures that reduce greenhouse gases and preventing the use of mercury in all hospital equipment and services.

We also implement environmental policies that help rationalize energy waste and water use, minimize the use of materials harmful to the environment, encourage suppliers to follow procedures that help preserve the environment, use reusable or recyclable materials, and continuously raise awareness of our role towards our environment and the importance of the individual’s role in preserving the environment.
We are also adopting green technologies by using solar cells to generate energy for some of the hospital’s facilities and recycling food waste into fertilizer that can be used to green the areas around the hospital.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
